If you are reading this, probably you have an accepted paper for ITSC2015 (or more). Acceptance of your paper is made with the understanding that at least one author will attend the conference to present the paper. If a paper is not presented during a session, it causes severe disruption to the session. To avoid such interruptions, I would greatly appreciate it if you would inform me and withdraw your paper as soon as possible in the event that you or a co-author cannot attend the conference to present the paper.

Preparing Your Final Manuscript
Once you register for your accepted paper/s, and once you have applied all the changes recommended by the reviewers and Associate Editor, you have to do three things:
1) You have to check your final paper to be format compliant by using the IEEE PDF Xpress tool.
2) You have to upload your copyright transfer consent by using the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) system
3) You have to send your final PDF to Ex Ordo.
The Deadline for uploading your Final Paper/s is July 5 (FINAL EXTENSION).
Here are the instructions from the ITSC2015 proceeding developers. Please read them carefully:
Registration and Upload of Final Manuscripts
Please, bear in mind that the Early Bird registration deadline is August 15. You are requested to keep the details of the paper ID as you will need it at the stage of submitting your registration payment. Electronic registration will be made following the instructions provided at the ITSC2015 website: http://itsc2015.org/registration
Electronic submission of the final version of your manuscript is due by July 1, 2015. Once you have registered and paid the appropriate fee, you will be able to upload your final manuscript using the "Upload Final Draft for XXX" todo at the link below:
You should use the same account/email address that you used to submit your original paper to register for the conference. Otherwise, you won't receive the link to upload your final manuscript.
Please note that - as already mentioned in the submission instructions - the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society has a one-full-registration-per-paper policy, including student papers. It means that at least one paper co-author must pay a full registration fee. If an author has more than one paper, there is also an extra paper fee that should be paid to acquire the right of uploading more than one final paper.
Also note that your final paper is limited to a total of six (6) pages including references. A maximum of two (2) supplementary pages is permitted at an extra charge. Further, due to space constraints on the proceedings of the conference, all papers are limited to 10 MB.
At the time of uploading the final version of your manuscript, the manuscript submission website will require that you submit your abstract and make any final changes to the author list and title of the paper before uploading the paper.
If you have any questions regarding your registration, please contact our registration co-chairs:
